I/We agree that Travel Residence Mexico provides me/us with a complete service, which includes advertising on their website, creating my rental listing, and various marketing services promoting the rental of my vacation property.

I/We agree to pay the amount of $0.00 USD to activate the rental of my property.

I/We understand that from this moment, Travel Residence Mexico will begin the process of renting my vacation property, including posting advertisements, marketing campaigns, sending mass emails, providing information to brokers, and applying all their efforts to promote its rental from now on. For this reason, there will be no refunds for account activation.

We understand that as an additional benefit for activating my account, I will receive the right to use Travel Residence Mexico's online offers for promotional weeks to travel worldwide, only paying the advertised fee, and I may use up to 5 weeks per year for 10 years with no annual charges or costs.

Additionally, I will be able to list my other rental properties on the websites www.travelresidencemazatlan.com and www.travelresidencemexico.com at no cost for a maximum period of 12 months.

All reservations will be paid within no more than 5 business days once the guest has checked in, either via transfer or cash, at the property owner's discretion.

Once the reservation is accepted by the client, it cannot be canceled or refunded. In the event that the host cancels the reservation, the host will be responsible for the cancellation.
